Our tanks are constructed out of Non-Rusting .125 Brite-Tread Aluminum with radius curve design to eliminate key weld pressure points and are hydrostatically pressure tested up to 29psi to ensure they meet the highest level of quality.

Our auxiliary tanks are designed and have been test so that it can be connect to the vehicles OEM fuel tank. Our connector kits are installed to the vehicles filler neck to gravity feed into the fuel tank. We have gone through the necessary steps for testing by DOT requirements for the tanks to be connected in this manner.

The auxiliary tanks are rated for gasoline. They are not tested to the Federal DOT requirements to carry gasoline.

Our tanks are not regulated to hold gas. There is certain DOT requirements for tanks to carry gas and ours are not tested to that level.

The long rectangle tank will not fit under a cover. It is 19″ tall and then add 3.5″ for the cap. I suggest looking at our combo low profile tank DZ92740.
